“The party was a huge success and the contribution of you and your team was a very big part of that success. Everyone complimented the food. Please may I copy your crunchy green bean salad it was gorgeous, as you promised? The salmon and the beef were absolutely perfectly cooked – so easy to overdo both. Altogether brilliant.

Sharon was a tower of strength and her attention to detail and calmness under pressure an enormous confidence booster for me. I knew I did not need to worry, which meant I could actually enjoy myself. I hope she told you that we managed to make the room look really beautiful. The combination of her way with napkins and my flowers was a stunner – very classy! There were many guests who had attended numerous events at the club over the years and I was constantly being told that they had never seen the place looking so lovely.

So – many, many thanks to you all for your considerable part in making David’s 70th party the ‘wow’ it has been unanimously judged. I will recommend you and the team most warmly.”
