Home Cooking are caterers based in Surrey, Hampshire and covers most areas in London. Home Cooking by Elizabeth is the business of Elizabeth Treliving, it was started in her own kitchen in 1986 and has now grown greatly over the last 20 years. Elizabeth's kitchen is based at Garsons, Esher, Surrey. She also runs the catering operation there, which she has done since 1993 and in 1999 she started to run an additional Restaurant for Garsons, in Titchfield, Hampshire.
Elizabeth believes that she is very different from other caterers mainly because she wants each event to be different and unique to every couple or person she is working for. Over the years Elizabeth has been involved with the local Radio and has produced recipes for them as well as appearing regularly on different programmes. She also enjoys writing for local newspapers and magazines promoting her different and new recipe ideas.
Elizabeth believes the real key to her success os adopting a style of true home style cooking and using the best quality ingredients. In her limited spare time she is very involved with her husband & brothers business, who run a youth theatre, Surrey, Berkshire and London areas. She also has three daughters who are very involved with this, she feel that she always likes to be involved with creative things whether it is in her private or professional life.
