Dear Elizabeth,
 Thank you so much for everything yesterday; we all had a fabulous day, thanks to you and the ‘girls’.
 We were most impressed with the lovely lunch plus the fact that Michael and I didn’t have to worry about a thing – you all just got on with it and with a smile!
 Also, what a joy not to have to clean up afterwards!
