A La Carte Knife and Fork Buffet

The idea of the format is that you produce an all-inclusive price including china. the only extra cost would be for the service staff. These buffets can be hot or cold or mixed. We can also adapt them to formulate a sit down meal, if that is what you would prefer. This menu idea is great for weddings.
