Strawberry & Tropical Fruit Salsa




250g Pineapple diced fresh or tinned
125 Mango chopped fresh or tinned
250g fresh strawberries
1 Kiwi Fruit Optional chopped
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinigar

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to your own taste, you can add a little water is the mixture is a little thick.
This can be kept in the fridge for two days and also can be frozen. If you wish to make a smaller amount halk ingredients, the above mix is enough for 8/10, great to serve at a BBQ
