Elizabeth Treliving whose catering company runs Garsons Restaurant, has officially gone into print for the first time!
Following her popular cookery demonstrations and regular appearances on BBC Southern Counties Radio Bill Buckley Show, she has now produced ‘Fresh From The Farm, Summer Cooking by Elizabeth Treliving’. Over 60 mouthwatering recipes with colour photographs are based on seasonal produce that can be picked at Garsons or found in the Farm Shop.
The price of £3.00, includes a donation of £1 for each copy sold to go the Princess Alice Hospice. Copies are on sale in Garsons Restaurant, Garden Centre and Farm Shop or can be ordered on the order form page
