How did you manage to get all that cream inside?

Just wanted to say thank you very much for the food and all your hard work on Saturday.  My Aunt although rather shocked did enjoy the day.  She still cannot understand how I managed to get everyone there.

Your cakes are still being talked about.  The macaroons and the chocolate éclairs.  Think a lot of people would have been happy just to eat cakes. The one comment about the éclairs is how did you manage to get all that cream inside. My Aunt is an expert on cakes and she loved them all.  Her one complaint was as I moved her from table to table she could not eat as many as usual – although she tells me she did manage two scones.
